Tesla is expanding and optimizing manufacturing capacity for current vehicles, next-generation vehicles, battery cells, Optimus and solar operations. In the third quarter, the company advanced production ramps at new battery and material factories and began production at the Houston-area Megafactory. Tesla is simultaneously building or ramping manufacturing facilities on three continents, expanding semiconductor and solar fabrication, and increasing production and delivery infrastructure to prevent capacity from becoming a delivery bottleneck.
