Liquidity and Cash Position

VISA INC. · 2026-07-29 · Importance 49 · Surprise 32 · No source text

Operating cash flow was $16.342 billion for the nine months ended June 30, 2026, down from $16.821 billion in the prior-year period. The decrease primarily reflected higher litigation and incentive payments and the timing of income-tax payments, partly offset by underlying business growth. Financing cash use increased to $21.540 billion, driven by senior-note repayments and higher share repurchases. Visa stated that cash on hand, operating cash flow, investments, and borrowing arrangements are sufficient to meet projected liquidity needs for more than 12 months.
